With the announcement of another lockdown accessing support can feel even more difficult.
We continue to offer 1-2-1 support 7 evenings per week.
You can also book a chat during the day Monday to Friday. Book these daytime chats in advance or on the day here
So if you are home schooling, self-isolating or even if you are still attending school because your carers are key workers get in touch today or this evening.
You can chat about ANYTHING that’s important to you as many times as you need.
We are here so that you don’t have to cope alone.
