Our trained mental health practitioners are there to support young people with their mental health by providing a safe space to talk about how they are feeling online, they also offer coping strategies and sign posting if needed.

Please note that Speak up Space is not a crisis service and should a young person feel that they are in immediate danger they should call 999 or attend A&E.

At North Staffs Mind we recognise that everyone is different. We understand that many young people like to access support in different ways – including our instant messaging service and online resources.

You can talk to us about anything that’s important to you. We can listen, try to help you understand how you feel, find coping strategies and offer support. Check out our online resources that you can use to help you to get well and stay well. We’ve also added some guidance for parents.
