Helpful tips for the return to school
- Try to give yourself time to get used to being back at school, most of you will have been off longer than the summer break due to the coronavirus
- Try not to put too much pressure on yourself, things might feel different when you go back to school
- Try to organise your time so that you have time to relax when you get home from school
- Try to make sure you do something that makes you feel happy, this will be different for each of you
- Try to be organised with your school work and if it feels too much, remember there is always somebody you can ask for help
- Try to take care of yourself and try to be kind to yourself too
